Policy and receipt-procedure templates

Swedish and English templates are available in every plan. Fill in the independent recipient, oral contact, external authority channel and retention procedure. Templates require adaptation and legal review; they do not replace organisational decisions or responsibilities.

An administrator can invite an external handler with an organisation-scoped partner role. The role grants access to that organisation’s reports. The customer is responsible for agreements, confidentiality and authorisation. We currently offer no contracted law-firm partner or included external reception service.
