Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Whistlechannel. By creating an account you agree to them.

Last updated: 2026-08-04

1. The service

Whistlechannel provides a cloud-based whistleblowing reporting channel that supports the requirements of EU Directive 2019/1937 and its national implementations. We provide it on a self-serve, subscription basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for safeguarding credentials, and for the activity of users you invite. You must have authority to bind the organisation you register.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful whistleblowing and compliance purposes.
  • Do not attempt to de-anonymise reporters, probe or breach security, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload malware or unlawful content.

4. Fees & billing

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page and billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees on renewal with prior notice.

5. Data protection

For personal data we process on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Any service-level commitments apply only where expressly stated in your plan.

7. Intellectual property

The service, software and content are owned by Manpro AB or its licensors. Your report data remains yours (or your reporters’); you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Term & termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination we make report data available for export and then delete or return it in line with the DPA.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. We may update them with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: mikael@manpro.se.
