Submit a whistleblowing report
To report an incident, use your organisation’s own reporting link, shared by your employer or the organisation.

Find your organisation’s reporting link
- Look for “Whistleblowing” or “Report a concern” on the organisation’s website.
- If you work there, check the intranet or employee handbook.
- Ask for the organisation’s reporting link if you cannot find it. You do not need to disclose your concern when asking for the link.
If you do not have the link, check the organisation’s website or intranet, or ask for information about its whistleblowing channel. You do not need to create a customer account to submit a report.
